Warranty Information for East Inflatables
A. Warranty Coverage:
- Products listed on our website (bouncers, slides, combos, obstacles, etc.) include a 2-year warranty.
- Customized inflatables come with a 6-month warranty.
- Blowers come with a 1-year warranty.
B. Repair Kit Included:
Each product comes with a repair kit, including glue, matching thread, PVC material in the same color, and other essentials.
C. Warranty Limitations:
This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship only. It does not cover damage due to neglect, lack of maintenance, accidents, or abnormal usage.
D. Package Inspection:
Upon delivery, please inspect the packages and products carefully. If any damage is found, refuse to accept and sign. Send us photos of the damage to assist with claims.
E. How to Claim Warranty Services:
- Confirm the damage is covered and within the warranty period.
- Provide clear digital photos of the damage with a detailed description and email it to the sales representative you contacted.
- Minor damage can be repaired with the included repair kit following the instructions.
- For severe damage, items can be returned for inspection and repair, although repairing locally is often more convenient. We can negotiate repair fees if necessary.
