How to Order - East Inflatables
1. How to Order:
You can place your order for East inflatables via email.
2. Size and Style:
East inflatables can be customized to any size or style. We also welcome OEM orders for unique designs.
3. Order Process:
a). Order Confirmation: Confirm your order and pay a deposit in advance.
b). Design Approval: We design based on your requirements and send the design via email for your confirmation.
Remark: If special designs are required, a design fee will be charged.
c). Production: We manufacture your inflatable products as per the agreed design.
d). Final Approval: We send you pictures of the finished products for final confirmation.
e). Payment and Shipping: Once the balance is paid, we arrange the delivery.
f). Documentation: We provide all shipping documents, including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List.
When the cargo arrives at the port, you will be notified to collect your goods.
4. Price:
a). Request a quotation based on your requirements.
b). For customized inflatables, send us an email detailing your specifications to receive a cost estimate.
5. Confirm Order:
Send an email specifying the product number, photos, size, and any additional requirements.
6. Payment:
- Deposit: 70% in advance.
- Balance: 30% before shipping.
- Payment Options:
- Wire Transfer or West Union (with a $80 handling fee, waived if full payment is made upfront).
- PayPal (6% commission fee).
7. Lead Time:
Standard production time is 15-45 days from the date of confirmation, excluding air transit time. The lead time may vary depending on the design, size, and quantity.
